Arnold Engman
Arnold Engman brings over 30 years of sales experience to CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial. He served as Vice President of National Accounts for his family’s business, EMCO Enterprises, a Des Moines manufacturer of storm doors and automotive exhaust accessories. EMCO operated multiple manufacturing and warehouse facilities in Central Iowa. Arny’s experience brings added value to commercial real estate customers, particularly for Industrial/Warehouse clients. He has a great ability to listen to the customer, identify their commercial real estate needs, and help his clients achieve their real estate goals.
Although very knowledgeable in the sales and leasing of industrial properties, he has an intimate knowledge of the multi-family marketplace because of his own personal investments, and is a great asset to clients looking to dispose of or acquire new multi-family properties.
