Brokers of the Year – Linda Gibbs, CCIM, SIOR, senior vice president and Tim Sharpe, CCIM, SIOR, senior vice president

The Sharpe Gibbs team runs the CB Richard Ellis Private Client Group practice for the state of Iowa. Collectively the team brings over 49 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of their clients and customers and are widely recognized as the leading investment property specialists in Iowa. Linda and Tim have been involved in disposition and debt and equity transactions exceeding $500,000,000 in the last five years.

Deal of the Year (less than $5.5 million) – Jeff Spence, senior associate

Jeff began his career with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial dedicated to providing his customers tailored real estate solutions to meet their strategic goals through honesty and integrity. Since then, his success has proven he knows what it takes to earn a customer's business and keep it. Jeff has lived in Des Moines all his life, leading him to a strong desire to see Des Moines and the surrounding suburbs grow and prosper.

Rising Star of the Year – Tyler Dingel, sales associate

Tyler Dingel joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial in 2005 as a Sales Associate. He has found success in both landlord and tenant representation. His hard work and commitment have positioned him to be an up and coming leader in the commercial real estate industry.
